TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract start date is given for indicative purposes. The maintenance service for installation and removal of the permanent and seasonal buoys along the Cannes coastline is essential to indicate dangers, improve safety at sea, define channels, mark regulated areas and facilitate the positioning of these areas. The buoys covered by the contract include the installation of channels, the placing of buoys held in place by deadweights, the installation of buoys and ecological deadweights for protected areas. The installation of floating pontoons on Sainte Marguerite island, the fitting of ladders and the placing of swimming platforms. All services required of the successful bidder include installation and removal of the buoys, cleaning with fresh water, inspection, including by diving, and their repositioning. They also include replacing stranded or defective elements, as well as transporting the equipment to the installation sites and to the storage location at the Hangar de la Roubine in Cannes.
