TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract (Services) is to ensure comprehensive servicing, repairs and maintenance of Vehicles of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”), including the supply of spare parts and consumables. The Services include providing (i) warranty and post-warranty servicing, servicing inspections, repairs and maintenance of the Contracting Authority’s Vehicles and (ii) the supply of consumables and original or homologated spare parts for the Vehicles (homologated in the EU) of the factory brands KIA, Volkswagen, Škoda, Hyundai, Toyota and BMW, which are defined in Annex No. 7 – List of vehicles of the Framework Agreement. By way of clarification, we state that the Contracting Authority assumes that during the term of the Framework Agreement it will purchase approximately six (6) additional mid-class vehicles. The Contracting Authority requires that the main place for providing the Services is the city of Bratislava, which is the seat of the Contracting Authority, and other places for providing the Services are the regional cities of the Slovak Republic (the seats of the regional centres of the contracting authority), namely…
