TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. of the Act between the contracting authority and multiple Suppliers, under which individual contracts will be awarded by a procedure involving the reopening of competition among the participants to the framework agreement in the sense of Section 132(3)(a) of the Act, for a fixed period. The subject of the framework agreement is the conclusion of individual partial contracts, the subject of which will be the performance of analytical, documentation, consulting and development work (the subject of the individual contracts hereinafter also referred to as “work”), and which will consist in particular in providing services supporting the operation and development of the ArcGIS information system, i.e.: 1. Expert support; 2. Analytical and consulting work; 3. Development of the information system and creation of new applications; 4. Migration, data management, maintenance and data updates; 5.
