TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. of the Act between the contracting authority and multiple Suppliers, where individual contracts will be awarded by a procedure with the reopening of competition among the parties to the framework agreement within the meaning of Section 132(3)(a) of the Act, for a fixed period. The subject of the framework agreement is the conclusion of individual sub-contracts, the subject matter of which will be the performance of analytical, documentation, consultancy and development work (the subject matter of the individual contracts hereinafter also referred to as “work”) and will consist in particular in providing support services for the operation and development of the ArcGIS information system, namely: 1. Expert support; 2. Analytical and consultancy work; 3. Development of the information system and creation of new applications; 4. Migration, management, maintenance and updating of data; 5.
