TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract will be carried out using the Energy Performance Contracting method (hereinafter referred to as “EPC”). This is a comprehensive contract including preparation, implementation, and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of implemented energy-saving measures consisting in the renovation of the public lighting system, while the supplier shall provide the contracting authority with a guarantee of achieving the expected economic benefits. The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result pursuant to §10e(4) of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, consisting of: a) Implementing the “turnkey” solution, i.e., ensuring all supplies, services, installation, and any construction and earthworks necessary for a complete, flawless, and fully functional work; b) Bringing the work into operation, preparing documentation, possibly training the operator(s), and providing all documents necessary for safe operation (e.g., inspection reports), in the following quantities: 3 hard copies and 1 electronic copy (in the form of a *.pdf file provided with the…
