TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result (savings in operating costs related to the use of energy – hereinafter referred to as “services”) for the premises of the City of Slaný. Within the framework of the contract, the service provider will prepare a proposal for energy-saving measures. Implementation of energy-saving measures within the meaning of this contract includes the following activities: a) preparing design documentation and ensuring other activities to obtain building permits for the implementation of energy-saving measures, if, according to the participant’s bid, such measures are necessary with regard to the proposed measures and if the required documents have not been provided by the contracting authority, b) all engineering activities, in particular handling formalities associated with obtaining a building permit, c) preparation of detailed implementation design documentation for the implementation of energy-saving measures, d) supply and installation of the proposed energy-saving measures “turnkey”, e) preparation of as-built documentation for the implemented energy-saving measures, f) preparation of a…
