TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under the contract, the service provider will prepare a proposal for energy-saving measures. The implementation of energy-saving measures for the purposes of this contract includes the following actions: • preparation of project documentation and ensuring other activities for obtaining building permits for the implementation of the energy-saving measures, if, according to the bidder’s tender, such activities are necessary with regard to the proposed measures and the necessary documents have not been provided by the contracting authority, • all engineering activities, in particular dealing with matters related to obtaining a building permit, • preparation of detailed (implementation) project documentation for the implementation of the energy-saving measures, • supply and installation of the proposed energy-saving measures “turnkey”, • provision of a guarantee for achieving the anticipated savings, • energy management (services including continuous monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship, including inspection of the installed equipment.
