TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the contract, the service provider will prepare a proposal for energy-saving measures. Implementation of energy-saving measures within the meaning of this contract includes the following actions: • preparation of project documentation and provision of further activities to obtain building permits for the implementation of energy-saving measures, if, according to the participant’s bid, they are necessary with regard to the proposed measures and if the documents have not been provided by the contracting authority, • all engineering activities, in particular handling matters related to obtaining a building permit, • preparation of detailed (execution) project documentation for the implementation of energy-saving measures, • supply and installation of the proposed energy-saving measures “turnkey”, • energy management (services including continuous monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship, including inspection of the installed equipment.
