TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of energy-saving measures in the contracting authority's buildings using the EPC method. This is a comprehensive public contract including preparation, including project planning, implementation/construction of the proposed measures, and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of the implemented energy-saving measures (for the period according to the SES, in the case of the City of Kuřim at least 15 years), whereby the supplier with whom the Contract will be concluded shall provide the contracting authority with contractual guarantees/warranties for achieving contractually agreed energy cost savings and for achieving the expected economic benefits of the project. The supplier will independently propose specific energy-saving measures and include them in the EPC project, which will then be implemented in the building(s). This project must also include the implementation of the so-called mandatory measures specified in article 2.6 of the Basic Document of the tender documentation (hereinafter also "ZD").
