The subject matter of the performance of the public contract awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract”) consists of legal services and legal advice under Act No 85/1996 Coll., on attorneys-at-law, specifically the provision of legal services and advice in the field of grants, public support and EU law, both from the perspective of a recipient and from that of a grant or public support provider, within the scope of the Framework Agreement (Annex No 1 to the tender documentation): • Public support / grants – setting up the support scheme and project compliance (opinions on setting up the support in relation to the call, consultations with managing authorities, interpretation of the rules, market analyses, assessment of whether the implementation complies with the allocated support, advice in relation to the guidelines and methodological documents of COCOF); • Financial control / budgetary rules – defence in audit and payment collection matters (objections against the audit report, appeals against the payment assessment notice, opinions on breaches of budgetary discipline, limitation periods for assessments in respect of charges); • Public support – expert analyses /…
