The subject matter of the performance of the public contract awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract”) consists of legal services and legal advice under Act No. 85/1996 Sb., on the legal profession (advocacy), specifically the provision of legal services and advice in the field of civil and commercial law (including corporate law in relation to municipal companies and contributory organisations) to the extent set out in the Framework Agreement (Appendix No. 1 to these tender documents): • Preparation / revision / commenting on contractual documentation (contracts, addenda, orders); • Property law and rights in rem agenda (acquisition/transfer of rights, termination of contracts, acquisitive prescription, public auctions; purchase/swap/gift/lease/sublease/loan contracts, right of superficies, easements, future contracts, innominate contracts, memoranda, etc.); • Corporate / agenda of municipal companies and contributory organisations (bodies, the City’s relations with municipal companies/contributory organisations, related documentation—especially contractual); • Legal opinions / analyses / searches / consultations, participation in meetings; • PPP / project…
