TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of performance of this public contract is the provision of services consisting in ensuring comprehensive performance of activities in the field of fire protection so that all obligations resulting from Act No. 133/1985 Sb., on fire protection, as amended, Decree No. 246/2001 Sb., on fire prevention, as amended, and other related legal and implementing regulations are met. Further requirements regarding the subject of performance of this public contract are described in Appendix B to the tender documentation, which consists of a draft Agreement.
