The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of comprehensive legal, financial, economic, and technical advisory services and advisory services in the field of healthcare before and during the concession procedure for the selection of a new operator of the Sokolov hospital, to the extent specified in this tender documentation and its annexes. This also includes advisory services regarding the possibility for the contracting authority to conclude the relevant contracts. The contracting authority requires the pricing of the comprehensive scope of services that are necessary to carry out all formal actions required for the successful award of the concession, i.e. for the conclusion of the concession contract and any other contracts and documents that necessarily accompany the concession contract, and the relevant provisions of the ZZVZ and other relevant legal regulations.
