TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is Service Desk services, end-user support services, support services for other devices and small hardware, and LAN support services. The subject of the contract also includes Time & Material based services and assistance services provided within the framework of the service termination plan. The individual partial fulfillments of this contract are: a) Service Desk: the service consists in providing a single point of contact (Single Point of Contact) for the Service Desk and communication channels for both service users and the contracting authority; b) End-user support: the services consist in providing support for technical equipment (HW) and software (SW) of end devices; c) Support for other devices and small hardware: the subject of fulfillment are flat-rate services and on-demand services related to one of the device types: mobile end device, modem, IP phone, small hardware, local or network printer, multifunction device, plotter; d) LAN support: the subject of fulfillment is patching of cabling, maintaining up-to-date documentation related to cabling, sockets and patch panels; e) Time & Material based services: the subject is the…
