Repeated tender procedure for the cancelled tender procedure Z2026-043927. The subject of this public contract is Service Desk services, end-station support services, support services for other equipment and small hardware, and LAN support services. The subject of performance also includes services based on Time & Material and assistance services provided within the service termination plan. The individual partial performances of this contract are as follows: a) Service Desk: the subject of the service is to provide a single point of contact (Single Point of Contact) for the Service Desk and communication channels for service users and for the contracting authority; b) Support for end stations: the subject of the services is providing support for the technical equipment (hardware (HW)) and software equipment (software (SW)) of end stations; c) Support for other equipment and small hardware: the subject of performance is lump-sum services and services upon request relating to one of the following types of equipment: mobile end device, modem, IP telephone, small hardware, local or network printer, multifunction device, plotter; d) LAN support: the subject of performance is…
