Poskytovanie dopravných služieb vo verejnom záujme vo vnútroštátnej pravidelnej mestskej autobusovej doprave na území mesta Nové Zámky

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of public interest services for domestic regular urban bus transport within the territory of the city of Nové Zámky (hereinafter referred to as “MAD”). The procured services are, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23.10.2007 on public-service obligations in rail and road passenger transport, repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 1191/69 and (EEC) No 1107/70, pursuant to Act No 332/2023 Coll. of the National Council of the Slovak Republic (NR SR) on public passenger transport and on amending and supplementing certain laws, with services in the public interest and the vehicle fleet will be composed in accordance with Act No 214/2021 Coll. of the NR SR on support for environmentally friendly vehicles in road transport and on amending and supplementing certain laws. The intention of the contracting authority is to ensure for the traveling public safe, efficient and high-quality transport services in MAD, with their appropriate performance according to the needs of the city’s public transport service provision.
