TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive, secure and economically advantageous mobile telecommunications services by the operator for voice SIM cards of the contracting authority, including ISP internet services, supplementary public telecommunications services, and the supply of mobile telecommunications devices for 48 months. The subject of the contract also includes the establishment and operation of a service for bulk SMS sending, the so-called SMS Gateway. The delivery of end mobile devices and accessories constitutes a supplementary performance that is operationally and technically linked to the provision of mobile services. The end mobile devices with accessories will be used exclusively in combination with the service provider’s SIM or eSIM cards, and their activation, configuration, management, servicing and claims handling will be ensured under a single contractual and liability framework. The contracting authority requires a single responsibility for the functionality, compatibility and operational integrity of the mobile services and the end mobile devices with accessories.
