TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to ensure comprehensive, secure and cost-effective mobile and fixed telecommunications services of the operator for voice SIM cards of the contracting authority, including ISP internet services, connection of the user to the public telephone network (PSTN), additional public telecommunications services, and the supply of mobile communication devices for 48 months. The subject of the contract also includes the establishment and operation of a service for bulk SMS sending, the so-called SMS Gateway. The delivery of end mobile devices and accessories constitutes an ancillary performance, which is operationally and technically linked to the provision of mobile services. The end mobile devices with accessories will be used exclusively in conjunction with the service provider’s SIM or eSIM cards, and their activation, configuration, management, service and claims handling will be ensured under a single contractual and responsibility framework.
