    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    This tender seeks the provision of comprehensive, higher-level on-demand system support services for security systems operated within the Slovenská pošta, a.s. IS environment. The scope encompasses a wide array of activities including analysis and evaluation of security records, proposing adjustments to system settings, applying patches, controlling device functionality, designing and implementing security rules, processing reports, vulnerability testing, incident resolution, network traffic monitoring, and collaboration in ICT security architecture, policy management, operational continuity, and security documentation.     TENDER BRIEF

    The contract is for a definite period of 36 months from the date it becomes effective, or until the financial limit is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The contract becomes valid on the date it is signed by the contracting parties. If the financial limit is not exhausted within 36 months, the parties reserve the right to extend the contract's validity by 12 months through mutual agreement, even repeatedly, but the total duration cannot exceed 96 months.
