The subject of procurement is mediation of database hosting services and online store, as well as mediation in ticket distribution and sales. The service includes providing the service of usage, technical maintenance, and development of the platform according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority at HNK Split to support marketing and ticket sales and other specific theatrical products, such as, for example: hybrid multifunctional cards, gift cards, membership program, loyalty program, and theatre prepaid account. The subject of procurement relates to the online sale of tickets, subscriptions, gift cards, prepaid cards, and theatre cards, which must be fully integrated with the sales pages of the contracting authority and represents a sales channel, as well as promotional and marketing activities related to sales. Transaction fees of the online payment processing service provider, banks, and card companies are included in the subject of procurement.
