The Contracting Authority conducts an Open procedure of public procurement of small value for the procurement of social and other specific services pursuant to Articles 323 to 325 of the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16, 114/22).The subject of procurement includes the provision of postal services in domestic traffic in accordance with the Postal Services Act (NN 144/12, 153/13, 78/15 and 110/19).A postal service is a service that includes any actions with postal items by a service provider, in particular the receipt, routing, transmission and delivery of postal items, in accordance with the legal and other regulations governing the conditions for performing postal services.The subject of procurement in this procedure is postal services with printing services, and in accordance with the detailed description, types and quantities specified in the cost estimate (tender schedule) that is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation.The subject of procurement is divided into two (2) groups, but in this public procurement procedure procurement is carried out for one group, namely:Group 1: Postal services with printing services, estimated value of the group: 120.000,00 EUR…
