TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is postal services in domestic and international (EU area) postal traffic, in accordance with the Postal Services Act ("Narodne novine" Nos. 144/12, 153/13, 78/15 and 110/19). Postal service is a service that includes any handling of postal items by the service provider, and in particular receipt, sorting/routing, transport and delivery of postal items, in accordance with statutory and other regulations governing the conditions for providing postal services. All postal services must be performed with quality, on time and continuously throughout the entire duration of the public procurement contract, while complying with all applicable regulations governing the provision of postal services in the Republic of Croatia. Pursuant to Annex X of the Public Procurement Act 2016, postal services are social and other special services. The place of performance of the service is the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia, with emphasis on the area of the City of Zabok and the Municipality of Bedekovčina, as well as the territory of the member states of the European Union.
