Procedure Procurement by means of the European open procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Contracting Authority The contracting authority for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Scope of the contract The contract includes the integral postal services for the Municipality of Breda, including at least: picking up, sorting, transporting and delivering addressed mail items; picking up, sorting, transporting and delivering parcels; processing and delivering election mail; processing returns; Pick-up service (PO box) mail and Drop-off service (PO box) mail; handling registered mail items (domestic and international) and other special postal services; providing quality assurance and performance monitoring. The exact scope and content of the services are further detailed in the Program of Requirements and the SLA.
