TENDER DESCRIPTION

Organization and conduct of two-semester postgraduate studies in the field "Income Taxes and VAT in tax proceedings and tax control"; description of the contract subject: 1) studies for 40 employees of the Ministry of Finance. The target group consists of employees who: - have been employed in substantive units (verification activities, tax proceedings or tax control) for at least 5 years; - will in the future constitute a group of experts supporting the implementation of processes and tasks in substantive units, i.e. units conducting verification activities; conducting tax proceedings, appeals in this scope, conducting audits regarding income tax (especially in the area of tax optimization and transfer pricing) in large entities; - hold a diploma of higher education, at least first degree; 2) classes within the studies will take place on Saturdays and Sundays in a stationary form (at the KSS branch in Białobrzegi near Warsaw) and/or online and/or hybrid using a tool provided by the Contractor.
