TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the performance of the public contract is to conclude purchase contracts between the contracting authorities and one selected supplier, on the basis of which the contracting authority will subsequently, during the term of these contracts, draw down the subject matter by means of instructions for a period of time until the aggregate purchase price for all individual performances based on the instructions reaches the amount stated in Article 4.1 of the ZD, but at most until 31.10.2027.
