TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to conclude a purchase contract for the delivery of four ceiling supply units including installation and commissioning for the extension of the central operating theatre at Kreisklinikum Siegen in Siegen-Weidenau. Two units each are procured for anaesthesia and surgery to equip operating rooms 6 and 7. The ceiling supply units are used to provide electricity, medical gases, and data and video connections. The scope of performance includes the necessary substructures, covers and accessories as well as the workshop and installation planning, connection to the infrastructure provided on site, functional tests, commissioning handover, documentation, and instruction of the staff. The execution will be carried out as part of the extension of the central operating theatre by two additional operating rooms during ongoing hospital operations, taking into account the special hygiene requirements and in coordination with the construction management.
