The subject of the tender is the award of purchasing services in the field of consumables, capital goods and services of hospitals, including the associated consulting services. The aim is, taking into account the purchasing volume for consumables, capital goods and services, to procure economically and thereby achieve the highest possible savings potential. Achieving savings by changing the range of products is not the focus. However, active consulting by the purchasing service provider to streamline the product range is expected. As the contracting authority is obliged to comply with procurement law, it is assumed that the contractor will relieve the contracting authority of the need to conduct its own procurement procedures for consumables by the public award of framework agreements with suppliers. The contracting authority also expects active consulting and support by the contractor in procurement procedures for investment projects under VgV and UvgO.
