The Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR, client / AG) with its offices in Bonn and Berlin is continuously improving its personnel management and personnel development (PE) to adapt to current conditions and standards. The primary goal is, taking into account the framework conditions applicable to the public service, to create the best possible conditions to attract qualified personnel and to retain and purposefully further develop existing personnel. Leadership plays a special role in today's working world, which is characterized by high demands and various challenging tensions. The leadership of the BMFTR was recently confronted, in addition to fundamental challenges, with an extensive change process.
