TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Procurement Services of the Group Services of the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (hereinafter “Pohde”) requests your offer for patient tables in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. In addition to the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area, the procurement includes the Lapland Welfare Area (Lapha). The contract period for the patient tables is valid for two years, after which any options are one + one years. The contract period for accessories, spare parts and consumables is fixed-term for two years, after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The procurement quantities stated in the request for tender are estimated consumption quantities calculated for a period of 48 months, and they are provided to tenderers only to support the preparation of the offer. The framework contract does not create a mandatory purchasing obligation for the contracting authority; instead, actual consumption may be greater or less.
