TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Procurement Services of the Group Services of the Northern Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (hereinafter Pohde) requests your offer for patient tables in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. In addition to the Northern Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County, Lapland Wellbeing Services County (Lapha) is also involved in the procurement. The contract period for the patient tables is valid for two years, after which any options are for one + one years. The contract period for accessories, spare parts and consumables is for a fixed term of two years, after which the contract continues for an indefinite period of time. The procurement quantities stated in the request for tender are estimated consumption quantities calculated for a period of 48 months, and they are provided to tenderers only to support the preparation of their bids. The framework does not create a binding obligation to order for the contracting authority; instead, actual consumption may be greater or smaller.
