TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of ongoing deliveries of multi-purpose vouchers for development and regeneration (hereinafter referred to as “vouchers”) that may be used for relaxation, rehabilitation, sports and cultural activities, education, and healthcare for the contracting authority’s employees, and for providing the related services, valid within the territory of the Czech Republic. Vouchers means multi-purpose vouchers within the meaning of Section 15(3) of Act No. 235/2004 Sb., on value added tax, as amended, used to purchase goods or services from contractual partners of the selected supplier. The aim of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier, while the deliveries of vouchers and related services under the concluded framework agreement will be provided by the supplier on the basis of orders issued by the contracting authority. The vouchers to be delivered will have a nominal value of CZK 100 for each voucher. The vouchers will be supplied, as required by the contracting authority, in: a) paper form, b) electronic form by means of a chip card enabling payment of the price through payment terminals.
