TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is a contract for intellectual services intended to finalize the development of the intercommunal Local Urban Plan of the Community of Communes of the East of the Somme. This contract forms part of the continuation of a previous contract for developing the PLUi, completed in December 2024, which made it possible to produce the assessments (diagnostics), the PADD, and the elements used to halt (approve) the PLUi project. The contractor must take ownership of the existing studies and integrate them into the ongoing execution of the assignment. During the start-up phase, it will carry out a critical review of the existing documents and report to the contracting authority any inconsistency, inadequacy, or risk.
