TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation is a contract for intellectual services enabling the completion of the development of the intercommunal Local Urban Plan of the Communauté de Communes de l’Est de la Somme. This contract forms part of the continuation of a previous contract for the development of the PLUi, completed in December 2024, which enabled the production of the diagnostics, the PADD and the elements making it possible to halt the PLUi project. The contractor must take ownership of the existing studies and integrate them into the continuation of the assignment. During the start-up phase, it will carry out a critical analysis of the existing documents and report to the contracting authority any inconsistency, shortcoming, or risk.
