TENDER DESCRIPTION

Chojnice County. Supply of electricity for the period from 01.01.2027 to 30.06.2028. 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume of 1 375,84 MWh for the period from 01.01.2027 to 30.06.2028. 2. The number of metering systems that settle the consumed electricity: 41 units — a detailed description is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The data concerning the quantity of electricity subject to purchase are for guidance only. The amount of electricity has been estimated based on historical data on electricity consumption over the last 12 months, taking into account the planned changes in use and the actions referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 7 October 2022 on specific solutions for the protection of electricity energy customers in 2023 and 2024 due to the situation in the electricity market, and the estimated amount of electricity generated in generation installations. The Contractor shall account for possible fluctuations in electricity demand.
