TENDER DESCRIPTION

Post-warranty service and regular maintenance of the Discovery digital X-ray device for the needs of the Faculty Hospital with Polyclinic F. D. Roosevelta Banská Bystrica, including related services. The contracting authority welcomes if the tenderer also provides parameters that are not found in the specification and may have a significant impact on the quality, operating costs, and lifespan of the subject of the contract. All offered services must comply with the relevant requirements set out in EU legislation. The offered subject of the contract must meet the defined specification. The contracting authority allows, if the specification of the subject of the contract or the set of some of the listed parameters or range of parameters identifies a product of a specific manufacturer, the possibility to submit an equivalent product under the condition that such a product will meet the utility, operational, and functional characteristics necessary to ensure the purpose for which the subject of the contract is intended.
