TENDER DESCRIPTION
A sale contract for the competitive-market procurement of standard-quality electricity continuously available on the Hungarian transmission network, under a full-supply contract, without any scheduling obligation. Expiry date of the current contract: 2026.12.31. Continuous energy supply requirement for 24 months with time-series-based consumption and/or consumption adjusted to the profile. Contracted quantity to be procured: 2,369,700 kWh/year, in total 4,739,400 kWh. The quality of the electricity product must meet the requirements of the EU and those of Hungary: MSZ EN 50160:2011 and MSZ 1:2002. The terms for supplier switching are ensured for all consumption points. The contracting authority records that the detailed consumption data, the consumption points and the POD data are contained in the technical annex of the procurement documents. During the contract period, the contracting authority does not plan to commission HMKE systems and/or any other small power plant system; the quantitative deviations related to this have been taken into account in determining the contracted quantity.
