Part I of the contract – Survey of the boundaries of the road right-of-way of county road No. 2347C Gąsawa-PakośćThe subject of the contract is to increase the digital reliability and quality of the land and buildings records (hereinafter egib) together with its updating through a service consisting in verifying and updating the attributes of boundary points and land parcels, locating boundary marks, designating boundary points, and determining the course of boundaries of cadastral plots in accordance with the provisions of the egib regulation, without fixing boundary signs within the scope of the designated cadastral plots constituting county roads, excluding the re-establishment of boundary marks.The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ).
