Renovation works (electrical installations) at the building of the Powiat Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Chodzież The subject of the contract is to perform renovation works at the building of the Powiat Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Chodzież at ul. Składowa 5 in the electrical industry. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by the design documentation titled “Remont budynku administracyjnego” (Renovation of the administrative building), prepared by mgr inż. Michał Bąk, General construction services, designs, cost estimates PREMBUD ul. Zwycięstwa 8B/4 64-800 Chodzież, which is attached to these SWZ (terms of reference). The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the attached design documentation in the following industries: 1) Electrical industry 2) General construction industry. The Contracting Authority requires that a warranty be granted for the work performed for a period of not less than 36 months, counting from the date of final acceptance.
