Renovation and construction works to create a youth meeting place as part of the project "Establishment of a Youth Centre" 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the public contract entitled "Renovation and construction works to create a youth meeting place as part of the project \"Establishment of a Youth Centre\"". The public contract shall be carried out on the basis of the design documentation prepared by USŁUGI PROJEKTOWE Krystyna Król, 47-200 Kędzierzyn-Koźle, ul. Pamięci Sybiraków 17/II, and the content of the SWZ. 2. The scope of the contract includes the performance of: renovation works along with adapting the premises for the needs of the Youth Centre, in particular: 1) Demolition works; 2) Demolition floor works; 3) Replacement of suspended ceilings; 4) Removal of waste after the completed demolition works; 5) Masonry works in the scope of walls; 6) Construction of partition walls separating WC rooms, including a WC for persons with disabilities; 7) Replacement of door joinery; 8) Replacement of window sills; 9) Construction of new flooring from floor panels together with preparation of the substrate; 10) Construction of floors and wall cladding…
