Renovation and modernization works to ensure the functionality of temporary shelter spaces in the basement premises of the building of Primary School No. 3 named after Leonid Teliga in Myślibórz 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the modernization of the basement premises of the building of Primary School No. 3 named after Leonid Teliga in Myślibórz in order to perform the role of a Temporary Shelter Place for 30 people. The facility is located on plot no. 456, precinct 1 Myślibórz. 2. The scope of the investment includes: a. Preparation of a system of temporary supports; b. Preparation of protective covers for windows; c. Installation of forced-supply and exhaust ventilation; d. Painting works of the premises. 3. The Contractor is required to perform, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all information and promotional obligations arising from the fact that the project is co-financed from the State budget funds under national targeted programmes (in particular the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme – OLiOC).
