TENDER DESCRIPTION

Finishing works as part of the task: “Modernisation of the City Hall building in Rybnik at 8 Bolesława Chrobrego Street” on the 2nd floor. The subject of the contract is the performance of renovation works specified below in accordance with the provisions of construction law and the detailed provisions issued on the basis thereof. The scope of the works to be performed includes: - preparing rooms for the performance of works: removing fixtures and fittings, securing windows and doors with protective foil,- performing gypsum plasterboard/skim coat,- priming and painting wall surfaces,- replacing damaged doors,- replacing damaged floor coverings,- constructing a suspended ceiling made of cassette panels in the designated rooms,- replacing damaged cassette panels in suspended ceilings,- replacing bathroom fittings and fixtures,- re-laying a parquet floor,- washing and cleaning the rooms after the completed works,- removing rubble, demolition materials and redundant equipment.
