TENDER DESCRIPTION
Masonry work in municipal premises of the City of Ełk Municipality and heating of vacant premises during the heating season 1) Construction works (masonry), including:— demolition of stoves/cooking ranges,— mid-level and major repairs of stoves,— clearing smoke ducts,— relocating stoves,— installation of metal fittings for stove doors, dampers, stove plates, etc.,— removal of inactive ventilations,— installation of external ventilation,— installation of cowlings on chimneys.2) Periodic heating in vacant premises during the winter period (stove firing), whereby we assume that:— the estimated number of stoves to be heated will be 20 units;— the estimated number of days per year when the stoves will be heated is 30;— the purchase of fuel in the necessary quantity and its transport to the specified premises, as well as removal of ash, are the Contractor’s obligations.
