A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) A list of addresses; 2) Technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of the agreement according to the parameters and standards/quality no lower than those indicated in the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works, the terms of reference, and the agreement, and using materials and equipment with properties and parameters no worse than those indicated in these documents.
