TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is Works related to winter maintenance of district roads and bridges within the area of the Budzów Commune in the winter season 2026/2027 The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, for each task, has fully operational equipment required in the Detailed Technical Specification (hereinafter: SST) to perform the subject matter of the contract. The Contractor may not report equipment required by the Contracting Authority for the performance of the service, submitted for one task, to another task included in the tender. Providing in the equipment list the minimum quantity of equipment to confirm the participation condition in the procedure does not relieve the Contractor of the obligation to ensure such quantity of equipment that will ensure the proper performance of the contract regardless of the weather conditions prevailing at the given time As part of the Winter Road Maintenance service, the Contractor is obliged to provide a telephone duty, and also to patrol the places covered by the agreement and provide equipment duty (monitoring and readiness to perform the service).
