TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the execution of construction works within the project “Premises of the Náchod Museum – Revitalisation of the de-icing tunnel”, located on plots st. p. no. 3027, p. no. 2067/143 and other related plots in cadastral territory Náchod, on Kladská Street. The subject matter of the public contract is in particular the revitalisation of the existing building of the former railway de-icing tunnel and the associated adjacent areas, and the change of its use to a depository for collection items of the Náchod Museum. The building, which was previously used for de-icing coal loaded onto railway wagons and is currently not used, after completion of the construction modifications will serve in particular for the safe storage of climate less demanding and large-sized collection items of the Náchod Museum. The construction works are divided into the building objects SO-01 Building modifications and SO-02 External works. The scope of SO-01 primarily includes dismantling of unnecessary and obsolete equipment and structures, execution of a new industrial floor including insulation against ground moisture, construction of an internal dividing structure…
