TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract titled “Work and safety footwear” is the supply of goods—work and safety footwear—for the needs of the contracting authority’s employees in fulfilling the contracting authority’s duty pursuant to the provisions of Act No 124/2006 Coll. on occupational safety and health and on amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended, to provide employees with the necessary effective personal protective equipment for work. A more detailed description of the subject matter of the contract forms Annex No 2 and Annex No 9 to these tender documents.
