TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the urban project management mandate for the Acacias 2 sector in Geneva, within the Praille–Acacias–Vernets (PAV) project framework. The multidisciplinary team will be responsible for supporting the development of the sector. The main tasks of the contract are: * Development of the Acacias 2 master plan * Development of one or more localized neighborhood plans PLQ(s)-PAV Acacias 2 * Design and implementation of public open spaces * Architectural, urban, and environmental coordination and support for development * Additional missions according to project needs At the participation request stage, teams will consist of: * An urban planner * A landscape architect * A specialist in sustainable development and environment * A civil engineer. Teams authorized to submit an offer must complete their team with the following competencies: * Mobility expert * Hydraulics expert * Environmental engineer * Expert in urban programming and activation * Architect * Lighting designer.
