TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract concerns the mandate for urban project management of the Grosselin sector in Carouge, as part of the Praille–Acacias–Vernets (PAV) project. The multidisciplinary team will be responsible for supporting the development of the sector. The main tasks of the contract are: * Consolidation of the Grosselin Master Plan * Formalization of the localized Grosselin neighborhood plans * Architectural, urban, environmental, and development coordination * Additional tasks according to project needs At the stage of the call for participation, the teams will consist of: * An urban planner or architect-urban planner * An architect if the urban planner does not have this expertise * A specialist in sustainable development and environment. Teams authorized to submit an offer will need to complete their team with the following expertise: * Urban programming and activation expert * Mobility, flows, and logistics expert The awarded team will work in close collaboration with the landscape architect, already mandated and responsible for open spaces. Therefore, this expertise is not required.
