TENDER DESCRIPTION
With the present procedure, BLT AG invites applications for the provision of general planner services for Phase 1 of the Hüslimatt area development in Oberwil. The scope of services includes the planning and project development of the planned construction projects across all required specialist disciplines. The basis is the existing feasibility study and the preliminary design for the overall development of the site. The contract includes in particular the review and further development of the existing preliminary design, the development of economical and operationally optimised solutions for Phase 1, and the coordination of all parties involved in planning across the relevant SIA phases. The planning is carried out taking into account maintaining ongoing operations as well as the specified cost, schedule and quality objectives.
