TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service for a computed tomography (CT) scanner of the Siemens Definition Edge brand and a Syngo.via XL server, consisting in regular preventive maintenance and ensuring out-of-warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. The service will be provided at regular time intervals and/or based on an arising need, depending on the technical condition of the equipment, throughout the entire duration of the contract. The subject of the contract is considered fulfilled on an ongoing basis according to the needs of the contracting authority, until the total contractual price is exhausted or until the contract duration expires. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Section "B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of the tender documents. The contracting authority will welcome it if the tenderer also states parameters that are not included in the specification and may have a substantial impact on the quality, operating costs, and service life of the subject of the contract.
